Space is considered "Reserved" after payment in full has been received. After registration is confirmed, all refunds are subject to a $50 cancellation charge (administrative fee). If cancellation is made within 14 days of the workshop start date, an additional $200 fee is charged. No refunds will be issued within one week of the workshop, only the balance credit toward one of OUR future workshops, within one year and pending availability. No refunds or credits will be issued to participants who are "No Show" or leave early. The presenters are not responsible for any non-refundable travel and/or hotel reservation fees due to participant or presenter cancellation. A full refund for the registration fee will be issued for any workshops cancelled by Presenters. You will be notified when your payment has been received and you are registered.
These are education workshops, therefore NOT reimbursable through any health insurance. Meals and accommodations are NOT included.
